IHS Bulb Planting Morning
The children had a wonderful time this morning with the Ilmington Horticultural Society. The whole school is taking part in the Spring Bulb Project, as part of the ISH flower show in March. Every children has been able to plant daffodil bulbs inside their own decorated pot, packed carefully with compost. The IHS have generously donated the pots, bulbs and compost to the school and have also done a wonderful job of re-flowering the large planters at the entrance to the school. Once the spring arrives and the bulbs begin to grow, the children will enter their flower into the competition and as a school we will have our own Spring Flower display in the show.
