Blackberry Picking

Class One and Class Two have recently spent an enjoyable afternoon exploring the hedgerows of Ilmington village.  We learned that the hedgerows are made up of lots of different plants and we were able to identify many of them!  We managed to find lots of blackberries and came back to school having picked a good crop!  We hope that our families enjoyed the 'fruits of our labour', which the children took home to share.
