Mrs Gardiner & Mrs Yeates
Welcome to Class 1. We are a happy, friendly, active class of Reception children who spend our days investigating the world around us through play. Our class value of Friendship underpins everything we do. We love sharing our important milestones with each other throughout the year.
The adults who help us with our learning are Mrs Gardiner, Mrs Yeates and Mrs Pinfold. Mrs Gardiner loves taking her dogs, Brecon and Gelyn, for long walks in the countryside and up mountains. She also likes chocolate. Mrs Yeates likes going swimming and loves to bake. She also likes chocolate. Mrs Pinfold likes walking her dog, Bailey, and enjoys going to the gym everyday. She also likes chocolate!
Our Reception year builds a strong foundation that children can use and build on as they move throughout their learning journey at Ilmington. Much of our work is focused on the prime areas of learning: Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language and Physical Development.
We enjoy being a part of the Ilmington family, taking part in the unique Ilmington traditions, and aspiring to be the best we can be.
